Founded by longtime friends Kevin Brown and Terrence Crovo, Sea Salt & Tallow brings together two worlds — the salt air of the coast and the honest traditions of ranch-inspired cooking. Kevin’s culinary journey began decades ago, building kitchens, leading teams, and creating food experiences rooted in craftsmanship and quality.Terrence brings a background in storytelling, hospitality, branding, and a lifelong connection to coastal living and ranch culture.Together, we created Sea Salt & Tallow to bring people back to something simple:
